How much is too much

You don't have to be a technology guru to conclude that the proliferation of devices that depend on communicating with the Internet wirelessly must have some limit. There is a theoretical limit imposed by a physical law that places a cap on the amount of traffic that can be handled at a given top speed within a specified bandwidth,http://www.idecoffee.be/nl/moncler.asp.
Practical, safe use of the electromagnetic spectrum for communication extends from ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) under 100 cycles per second or hertz up to ionizing radiation which begins at Xray frequencies. This band includes all radio communications from the Very Low Frequencies (VLF) under 22,http://www.konijn.be/konijn/moncler.aspx,000 hertz favoured by nations operating submarines so that they can send and receive messages from just below the surface of the ocean,http://www.gigabike.be/giga/moncler.htm, AM and FM radio, television up to cell phones and other wireless devices that are presenting us with the current conundrum.
Right now we have 4G (fourth generation) wireless which defines the ultimate in network speed. In the future there is already talk of 5G wireless which is "theoretically" capable of speeds up to 10 times that of 4G which maxes out around 1 billion bits per second,http://www.nevisports.com/canadian-goose-outlet.asp. Note the quotes because we are now talking about bumping up against some of the limits that Professor Einstein proved to exist.
Perhaps if the scientists CERN in Switzerland had been correct about achieving particle speeds greater than the speed of light the sky could be the limit, but realistically it would appear that only marginal improvements will characterize 5G.
So looming in the future is the prospect of wireless communications slowing down much as an old windup gramophone playing a lively recorded tune would begin eventually to run down, turning sopranos into bassos.
Research abounds into means of cramming more information into available bands such as what engineers in Venice recently demonstrated: a technique that exploits what is called the "orbital angular momentum" of radio waves by imparting them with a "twist" that permits many data streams to fit in the frequency spread currently used for just one.
